Terms & Conditions of Entry |
- All entrants must include a clear description explaining the concept and the theme of your work.
- All entrants must specify on the enrollment form and all work submitted which competition category (choose one category only) they are entering for easy identification.
- All entrants are required to meet the deadlines specified by the committee. Late submissions will not be accepted.
- All works submitted MUST BE original and created by the entrants who submitted them. Entrants are NOT allowed to submit works from others which are not originated from them. The FWTA committee will assume no liability on work submitted accused of plagiarism or other copyright issues related to the entries and works submitted. The entrants must take sole responsibility and the admission to competition will be terminated immediately.
- All entrants are required to be filmed through the duration of the whole competition from Casting, Preliminary, Semi-final to the Grand final as a TV program.
- All entrants are required to attend press interviews and photo sessions with both local and international media representatives arranged by the FWTA committee.
- The FWTA committee owns all usage rights of interviews conducted with entrants, prize winning as well as all other works produced by competitors during FWTA for performance, promotion, marketing and display purposes without prior consent of entrants who produced them.
- The FWTA committee owns the copyright of all visual images and videos taken of the entries during the competition and is entitled without limitation to use and reproduce for purpose such as promotion, marketing, obtaining sponsorship and conducting of the competition for broadcasting on television.
- The committee will not assume any liability for any damage or loss of any kind of works submitted.
- The FWTA committee will assume no liability for loss of any kind relating to employment or other contracts of any entrant. Conflicts resulted from the commitment to the FWTA is solely the responsibility of the entrant
- By entering this competition, the entrant declares that all the details are true and correct.
