FWTA is a team competition where all entrants selected to participate will be formed into teams of three, with each group consisting of one Fashion Designer, Image Stylist and Fashion Photographer. FWTA intends for entrants to demonstrate their creative flair as well as team work and communication skills through the competition. Entrants might be grouped with different partners as they progress through FWTA to test their ability and flexibility in new working environments. Each category has its own set of judges with individual standouts being recognized based on their own merit in their respective categories. There will also be awards given to teams that function well as a unit. Throughout FWTA from Casting to Prelimiary to Semi-final and Grand final, entrants and their progress will be recorded and produced for broadcast on TV and Internet as they discuss their inspirations and concepts with their allocated team mates and turn ideas into reality.
